PURPOSE

BasedinHongKongthisrolewillsupporttheseniorGIBAsiateamtoprovideInvestmentBankingservicestocorporateclientsrelatingtoMergersAcquisitions,Equity/DebtCapitalmarketsandotherInvestmentBankingproducts,withsuchservicestobeprovidedinaccordancewithrelevantrulesandregulations.

?Workincloseco-operationwiththeminingteamsinLondon,Toronto,VancouverandSydney.

?Workincloseco-operationwiththeOilGasandEnergyteamsinLondon,Calgary,HoustonandSydney

?Workincloseco-operationwiththeinfrastructure/transportteaminLondon

?Toco-ordinatewithBeijingforclientrelatedactivitiesasassigned

?Assistwithtranslation,marketresearchandotherpaperworkasneeded

AUTHORITIES,IMPACT,RISK

?Nodirectresponsibilityfordeliveringonbudgetbutasprogressesthroughtheorganization,willplayasignificantroleindiscretionaryremuneration

?Willoftenbetheday-to-daytransactionleader/manageronmandatesthatRBCisexecuting
