TheAsianInfrastructureInvestmentBank(AIIB)wascreatedtohelpfostersocialandeconomicdevelopment,createwealthandimproveinfrastructureconnectivityinAsiabyinvestinginsustainableinfrastructureandotherproductivesectors.Asanewadditiontotheglobalmultilateraldevelopmentbank(MDB)family,AIIBworkscloselywithothermultilateralandbilateralinstitutionsaswellastheprivatesectortoimproveinfrastructurebypromotingregionalcooperationandpartnerships.AIIBhasmembers,including26prospectivemembers,andhasanauthorizedcapitalofUSDbillion,ofwhichUSD20billionispaidin.AIIBisatripleA-ratedinstitution.AIIB’sInvestmentOperationsaredividedintotworegionalteams,1and2.EachregionalteamisledbyaVicePresident(VP)andreportingstaffincludesclientrelationsspecialists,technicalspecialistsandbankers.Region1isresponsibleforSouthEastAsia,thePacificIslands,andSouthAsia(exceptPakistanandAfghanistan),whileRegion2coversPakistan,Afghanistan,CentralAsia,EastAsia,WestAsia,Europe,AfricaandLatinAmerica.TheBankingDepartmenthasthefollowingbusinesslines:(i)CapitalMarketsandStructuredProducts,(ii)DigitalInfrastructureandOtherProductiveSectors,(iii)FinancialInstitutionsandSyndication,and(iv)PrivateEquity.TheSeniorInvestmentOfficer/InvestmentOfficerisexpectedtoworkwithotherteammembersintheoriginationandexecutionofdebtmarketinvestments(suchasloansandguarantees),equitymarketinvestments(suchasindirectequityinvestmentsviaprivateequityfundsaswellasdirectequityinvestmentsbothincorporateplatformsandinspecificprojects),and/orcapitalmarketinvestments(suchascorporatebonds,greenbonds,projectbondsandotherasset-backedsecurities).TheSeniorInvestmentOfficer/InvestmentOfficerisexpectedtoworkcloselywithotherrelevantAIIBdepartments.

岗位职责

Originationandexecutionofinvestmentprojectsintherelevantmandatedareas;Performresearchonprojectsandclients;Arrangeandprepareforclientmeetings,includingthepreparationofpresentations,memosandreports,etc.;RepresenttheBankingDepartmentininternalmeetingsandassistincoordinationandreporting;Asprojectlead,conductduediligenceandapprovalprocesses,withemphasisonensuringthatkeyeconomic,financial,technical,andlegalissuesareconsideredandmitigantsincorporatedinthefinancingstructureandlegaldocuments;Analyzefinancialstatementsandassistprojectteamleadersinstructuringtransactions;prepareprojectandcorporatefinancialmodels;SupportinternalBankcoordinationthroughinformationexchangesandteamworkwithrelevantdivisionsoftheBank;supporttheBankingDepartmentachieveitstargetsandobjectives;PerformadhoctasksassignedbyseniormanagementoftheDepartment.
