JobDescription

1.SetupandexpansionoftheInstitutionalSalesteam;

2.DevelopmentandexpansionoftheInstitutionalClientbase,especiallyfundhousesandinstitutionalinvestors;

3.CompletionofsalestaskswhichincludebothIPOunderwritingandsecondarymarketplacements;

4.Developmentofsecondarymarkettradingbyinstitutionalclients.

Requirements

1.Bachelordegree,withprofessionalqualificationwillbeanadvantage;

2.HolderofRepresentativeLicenseunderSFCregulatedactivitiesforType1Type4;

3.Atleast5yearsofinstitutionalsalesexperiencegainedwithinvestmentbanksorbrokerageenvironment;

4.Strongknowledgeandexperienceinavarietyoffundraisingactivities(IPO,Placementetc.);

5.ProficiencyinEnglish,CantoneseandMandarin;

6.ExcellentinstitutionalnetworkinHongKong,MainlandChinaandoverseasmarkets,strongsalesandmarketingskills,result-orientedandabletoworkunderpressure.
