任职资格：

1.Twoyearsandaboveinvestmentbankingexperience

2.Masterdegreeinrelevantmajors,preferablyanMBAfromrenowneduniversities.

3.ThoroughunderstandingofInvestmentBankingbusiness.

4.Extensiveknowledgeofthedomesticandinternationalcapitalmarketsandthefirm’sproductsandservices.

5.Relevantqualifications,suchasSAC’scertificate(证券从业人员资格证书),SponsorshipQualification(注册成功的保荐人资格),CFAorothers.
